The short version. Crew GO! helps you find a way home on standby. It is free, it is still in testing, and the flight information in it comes from outside sources that are sometimes wrong. Never make a duty, report or travel decision on Crew GO! alone — check your airline's own system. Loads are reported by other crew, not by any airline. We are not affiliated with any airline. Washington law applies.
Crew GO! is made by the company behind crewgotravel.com. Reach us at support@crewgotravel.com — that address reaches a person, and it is the right address for everything on this page.
Crew GO! is built for working airline crew and you must be 18 or over. Using the app or this site means you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use Crew GO!
This is the most important thing on this page, so it is near the top.
Crew GO! shows flights, times, seat counts and aircraft positions gathered from third-party feeds, from published timetables, and from aircraft radio broadcasts. Those sources disagree with each other, go stale, and are sometimes simply wrong. A board may be a filed timetable rather than live — the app says which, and when it says TIMETABLE it has no idea what today is doing, including gates, delays and cancellations.
If Crew GO! and your airline disagree, your airline is right.
Open seats and standby counts shared in Crew GO! are typed in by other crew members from what they saw. Nobody checks them. They are a courtesy between commuters, not data from an airline, and they can be out of date within minutes or wrong from the start.
When you share a load, share what you actually saw. Do not guess, do not pass on something you were told second-hand as if you saw it, and do not share anything your airline's rules do not allow you to share. You are responsible for what you post, and you keep ownership of it; you give us permission to show it to other crew in the app so the feature works at all. We may remove anything and may stop anyone from posting.
Some features need you to show you are crew. We check that you hold a working airline email address. We are not your airline, we do not check your employment, your badge or your flight privileges, and being verified in Crew GO! gives you no rights with any airline.
Crew GO! is free today and nothing in it charges you. There is no checkout in the app or on this site, we do not take card details, and we hold no payment information of any kind. During testing there is nothing to buy, nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
We intend to offer a paid plan later. If and when we do: the price, what it includes, how to cancel and the refund position will be shown to you before you are asked to pay anything, and no existing feature you rely on today will be taken away and sold back to you without telling you first. Paid plans bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play are billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded by Apple or Google under their rules, not ours — cancelling there is how you cancel, and we cannot refund a store purchase on your behalf.
Crew GO! is pre-release software distributed to testers. It will have bugs. Features will change or disappear, data on your phone may be cleared by an update, and the service may be unavailable without notice. Please keep nothing in Crew GO! that you cannot afford to lose, and tell us what breaks — the feedback button in the app is read.
We may suspend or remove access to protect the service or the people using it.
Crew GO! is independent. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any airline, airport or aviation authority. Airline names, codes and logos are their owners' trademarks and are used only to say which airline a flight belongs to. Any view expressed in Crew GO! is not an airline's.
The Crew GO! name, logo, artwork, design and text are ours. Flight and airport reference data comes from the sources named in the Privacy policy and in the app, under their own licences.
Crew GO! is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the app or any information in it is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost pay, missed trips, missed report times, discipline, lost opportunities, travel costs or accommodation costs, arising from Crew GO!, from any flight information in it, or from anything another crew member posted — even if we were told they were possible. Because Crew GO! is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limits, and where that is so they do not apply to you.
To the extent the law allows, you will cover us against claims and costs arising from what you post, from your use of Crew GO!, or from your breaking these terms.
Washington State law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Washington, and either of us may use small claims court where a claim qualifies. Please email support@crewgotravel.com first — most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather fix it than argue about it. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver here: you keep every right you would otherwise have.
We may change Crew GO! or these terms. When the terms change we will change the date at the top, and if a change matters we will say so in the app. Carrying on using Crew GO! after a change means you accept it. You can stop using Crew GO! whenever you like by deleting the app; we may end access at any time. The sections on loads, no warranty, liability, your responsibility and disputes survive.
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something is not giving it up. You may not transfer these terms; we may, as part of a sale or reorganisation. These terms and the Privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Crew GO!
